Working at Duhovka Preschool gives me a real sense of purpose because I am surrounded by people who truly enjoy and find fulfillment in teaching children.
Like Maria Montessori, I believe that our future lies with our children. Therefore, I am happy that in Duhovka we create an environment where children can be authentic, grow and develop at their own pace, and discover the world as a friendly and kind place. Anchored in Montessori pedagogy and using a respectful approach in every circumstance, we have been striving for 17 years now to reach the highest goal of education – the overall flourishing of the human personality.
In my current role, I lean on my good understanding of the Montessori classroom environment and of the needs of both children and adults, my qualifications in elementary and preschool education, and comprehensive Montessori training. What characterizes me is an unceasing enthusiasm for developing, innovating, and effectively connecting things – whether it is connecting people, educational principles, or new projects. I am inspired daily by the motto 'Be the change you wish to see in the world,' which serves as a constant reminder of my direction both in my role at Duhovka and in my personal life.

Duhovka helps children from a very young age to get to know what is happening around them in great detail, both in the field of nature and in the field of practical life. Children are then able to think, act and decide independently, and in the group of other children they know and can distinguish how to behave in a given situation.
Before I started working in Duhovka, I was employed in the field of forwarding / foreign trade and then in incoming tourism. Only now can I fully apply my education in the field of public catering acquired at the secondary hotel school in Prague.

I like the approach to education. Emphasis on the personality of each child without the need for comparison, leaving room for exploring and discovering the world.
From the experience with my own children, I consider the "Help me to do it myself" approach to be the right way.
